Mandate
Milo can only move inside the boundaries you define.
Capital allocation
The maximum notional Milo may manage under this mandate. Capital stays in your wallet; this is a ceiling, not a deposit.

Risk boundaries
No single Stock Token may exceed this share of the mandate. Concentration is a form of forgetting.
Liquidity Milo must keep available at all times so a rebalance never forces a sale elsewhere.
Drift from target must exceed this before Milo proposes anything. A lower number means more activity, not more return.
An upper bound on how much of the book Milo may trade in a month.
Dividend handling
Distributions arrive as multiplier changes rather than cash. This setting governs where the resulting value is allowed to sit.
Approval and expiry
Any single action above this size waits for you. Below it, Milo acts inside the mandate.
Authority expires on its own. Milo must be re-authorised after this window.
Pause conditions and emergency stop
- Reserve falls below the configured minimum.
- Price feed unavailable for more than two review cycles.
- A corporate action is in progress on a held position.
- Turnover allowance for the month is exhausted.
Closing the session revokes Milo’s authority immediately. No countersignature is required and nothing needs to be unwound, because nothing was ever held on your behalf.
