References to Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Stock Tokens and the official Robinhood API endpoints are descriptive. They identify the network and data sources this interface reads, and imply no partnership.

Robinhood Stock Tokens provide economic exposure to a referenced underlying security. They do not grant legal or beneficial ownership of that security.

Holding a Stock Token does not confer voting rights, shareholder rights, or any direct claim on the issuing company.

Eligible corporate distributions are incorporated through the token's onchain multiplier rather than as a cash payment. A rising multiplier means one token represents more of the underlying than before; it does not mean cash was deposited to any account.

The Milo portfolio presented throughout this interface is an illustrative model strategy. Quantities and cost basis are fixed reference values used to demonstrate the product.

It is not a custodial account, not a fund, and not a record of assets held on anyone's behalf. No deployed contract holds these positions.

Prices, token metadata, contract addresses, multipliers, network state and corporate actions are read live from Robinhood Chain and the official Robinhood endpoints. Where a live read fails, the affected value is marked as cached.

No strategy contract is deployed. No token allowance has been requested from any wallet, and no transaction has been executed on any user's behalf.

Opening a Milo session produces a wallet signature over a plain-text message. A signature is not an onchain transaction: it has no transaction hash, no block number and no gas cost, and this interface does not present one.

Mandate configuration is stored in your browser only. It is not transmitted anywhere.

No audit has been performed on any component of this system, and no audited, insured, licensed or production-ready status is claimed.
